Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advocacy. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies
- Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality service
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership
- 3 to 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in business or civil litigation
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
